Niko Dellner

Research Assistant and Doctoral Candidate;

Niko, born 1996 in Illertissen (Bavaria), is a research and teaching assistant at IMM. Niko completed his bachelor’s degree in business administration at LMU Munich with majors in marketing & strategy and digital business. Further, Niko holds a master’s degree in international management (CEMS) from University of Cologne and University of Sydney Business School. During his studies, he gained practical experience at INVERTO, SevenVentures, Stern Stewart & Co., Simon-Kucher, KPMG, and Oliver Wyman. 

 

Kim Alisa Gerster

Research Assistant and Doctoral Candidate;
Institute for Market-based Management at LMU Munich
Kim, born 1997 in Schwäbisch Gmünd (Baden-Wuerttemberg), is a research and teaching assistant at IMM. Kim holds a bachelor’s degree in politics and public administration from the University of Konstanz, with a major in international relations and organization studies. Further, she completed her master’s degree in Organization Studies at the University of Innsbruck (Austria). During her studies, she gained practical experience at the Lufthansa Technik AG and at the Lidl Stiftung & Co KG.
