Sophia is a research and teaching assistant at the IMM. After completing an apprenticeship as a bank clerk, she earned her bachelor's degree in Business Administration, majoring in Personnel & Organisational Development and Finance. She then pursued her master's degree in Business Education at the Technical University of Munich, focusing on People Development as well as Management, Strategy & Leadership. During her studies, she gained professional experience in HR development, talent management, and organisational and innovation management.
